The Sleep Smarter Campaign is a behavior modification campaign aimed at graduate students. We understand, that while ideal, it is not always possible to get more sleep, so we designed a campaign aimed at helping students get the most out of the time they do have to sleep, i.e. smarter sleep.

We hope you find the tips and research we have collected for you helpful in your search for more restful sleep. Leave us comments, your own tips, examples of your sleep rituals etc. in our comments sections after every post.
